This is the perfect navy blue velvet hat from the 1950s. It's a simple design with an attached netting in the front. It is in excellent condition, measures about 21 1/2 inches around the inside, labeled "George Wilmont Dimmers, Buffalo". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
